All our teachers have Montessori training, all but one being American Montessori Society programs, and the one being a MACTE-approved program under the auspices of AMS.

Teachers and staff always commit to staying with TMC for at least one full school year, and nearly everyone has been with us five years or more - up to twenty years, not counting Jessica, who has been with TMC since 1983.
